“A Little Light Music” at Garnetts Gardens

Raedwald Ensemble playing at Hacheston Coronation Big Lunch and Family Fun Day during the coronation weekend.

The Raedwald Ensemble is looking forward to performing at Garnetts Gardens in Hacheston on Saturday, 27 May.

We have got to know our neighbours, David and Jenny Garnett, really well since moving to Suffolk. To our surprise, we discovered that David comes from our old town Halifax, played the clarinet at the same music centre as Jane, and was a pupil at Elland CE School, where I worked in the 1990s.

My musician friends in the Raedwald Ensemble have already enjoyed playing in Hacheston. We provided music for the Coronation Bid Lunch at the Village Hall during the coronation weekend.

I will be joined by Georgi, Dan, Andy, and Ian to play a selection of light music suitable for a sunny bank holiday weekend …….. our fingers are crossed for nice weather. 😎

If you are in the area on Saturday 27 May between 11 am and 1 pm, please call in to say hello!
