Hear ‘Mince Spies’ with Narration and Orchestra

‘Mince Spies’ for Narrator and Orchestra

Inspired by the Canterbury and East Anglian “Plum Pudding Riots” during Oliver Cromwell’s time, my daughter, Sarah Johnston, has written a story in narrative form. We have worked together and produced a new piece of music ready for your Christmas-themed concert season.

The score and orchestral parts are now fully completed and ready to go. We have a World Premier performance set for Saturday 09 December 2023, with Paul Willet and the Banbury Symphony Orchestra.

Sarah Johnston has recorded her narration, and you can hear her with full orchestral backing by clicking on the link above. A big thank you to Tom Killian for mixing and producing the sound-file.

If you like the music and your group would like to give it a go, then let me know, and I will get a set of parts and score out to you for the cost of printing and postage (approx. £50). Please email me at LKillian10@outlook.com or use my contact page on this website.
